I model for nude art?

I model for nude art and I've been doing it for a year now. I model for professional artists who sell their art work to various art museums. The thing is though, it's a fairly small art studio with only 15 models including myself ... and I'm the only male model there. I either pose by myself or I'll model in a sensual pose with another model. The artists say that in order to bring to the art it's true message and to make the art look real, I have to penetrate. It takes a tremendous amount of control to remain still during the art sessions when modeling. I was just wondering out of curiousity, are there other artists out there that require the same posing for nude art?

I model for nude art?
I am sorry but I do not buy it. I am an artist and have painted, sculpt, and drawn many nude models. Also, my wife and I have model for years and know many models. NONE of which ever were asked anything sexual.
Reply:As an artist myself, who used to paint nude modles, I can tell you that line they use is BS, they just want to see some action.

i have never once heard of any artist demanding that kind of behaviour. (maybe Maplethorp?)

I have even seen a male model leave a session due to a little 'excitement' down there, he left the room for several minutes and returned when things 'settled down'

It sounds like quite the awkward situation, and i wish you all the best.

i would suggest responding to such a request by saying "Your supposed to be creative, with a good imagination. just IMAGINE what that should look like!"
Reply:Many artists work off of photos and live models. If the artist needs that much realism, let him/her take a picture to refer to while "creating."
Reply:you are ridiculous....

Does this look good
