What makes something "art"? If I slap some paint around on the canvas (I have absolutely no formal training and no talent) does that make it art? Who determines what is art? Who determines whether an "artist" has talent? If talent is important, then is bad art still art? I've just been wondering about this?

art is emotion expressed in a painting , a statue, umbrella's on a bridge it can be expressed in many different ways nobody could possibly make a list
nobody can say that something isn't art
